Nourish is a flexible  group experience that invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your whole self: mind, body, and spirit. Through art-based mindfulness practices, gentle movement, and heartfelt conversations, this experience nurtures self-care, explores self-identity, and provides space to recharge and rediscover the joy in your journey.
